Unlike most other chocolatiers, we do not buy in couverture and reset it in bars. In June 2006 we were the first British company to experiment with a new technology allowing us to produce chocolate from ground cocoa beans on a artisan scale.We produce now our very own chocolate bars made in Kent from ground cocoa beans.
