All our chocolates are suitable for vegetarians.We do not use any meat (obviously!) or ingredients derived from meat such as gelatine. A small number of our products made in a rotating pan have a very thin layer of Shellac to seal and varnish them. Shellac is composed of a substance produced by some insects but classified in the UK as suitable for vegetarians.
