Alcohol and chocolate has never been a favourite with us. The plethora of booze laden chocolates has more to do with shelf life rather than taste. Alcohol is essentially an antiseptic and enormously increase the shelf life of chocolates from a few weeks to several months. All our products but 3 are free of alcohol. The few with alcohol are: Marc de Champagne truffles, Chapeldown truffles and the wine chocolate in the "couture" range. You can buy all our other products with the assurance that they have no alcohol. If you would like a couture, artisan or truffle collection without any of these alcoholic products, indicate it clearly on the comments section at the check out.
