Pickups
You can use
our online shop to place an order that you will pick up at our
store located at 89 Lower Sloane street London sw1w8da at a
later date. Our online system allows you to reserve products
and avoid waiting in our shop, particularly if you want a very
large box, hamper or many items prepared. We also recommend that
you use this online service to reserve seasonal products or
products that we make in very limited quantities.
Please note…
- We need a minimum of 24 hours notice to prepare your
order.
- Once your order is placed and paid, it can not be
cancelled.
- We may run out of stock of some items at our shop. We will do
our best to call or email you to inform you if it is the case.
- There is no charge for picking up at our shop. For
opening hours, please see the store page on this site.

UK deliveries
We deliver in
the UK and Channel Islands by Special Delivery or courier. Both of
these require a signature. In general, we need 3-4 days to process
and prepare each UK order.
Delivery charges:
For order less
than £25: £5.00
For orders from £25 to £50: £6.50
For orders from £50 to £100: £8.50
For orders above £100: £12.50

note…
- Whilst we do our best to deliver on the date you chose and
within the time frame expected above, we cannot guarantee that we
always will, especially at busy times.
- If the recipient or a person able to accept the delivery of the
products is absent, the carrier will leave a notification of the
delivery at the delivery address indicated by the customer asking
him to claim the products. Under no circumstances can we be held
responsible for any damage to the products resulting from their
late recovery from the carrier.
- Any damage or loss in transit must be pointed out in writing
when signing the delivery notice in the presence of the delivery
person. We cannot claim against a carrier unless these precautions
are taken. We always recommend writing "unexamined" on the delivery
note if you do not have time to fully check the state of the parcel
there and then.
- We do not despatch, nor deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
- We advise against deliveries when temperatures are higher than
that of the UK average summer. We have no control over temperatures
during deliveries and so we cannot accept responsibility for any
chocolate deliveries that have been heat damaged. Read our terms
and conditions before placing your order.

Corporate gifts delivery charge
We evaluate
delivery charges of corporate orders individually depending on the
number of drops and their location. Please tick the box for
corporate orders deliveries at check out. This does not yet carry a
cost. After you confirm your order, we will contact you within 48
hours with a custom quote for delivery charges.
You will then need to confirm your acceptance of this quote.
Delivery costs will be charged separately after you have accepted
our quote. Our aim is to give you the best price possible by
evaluating the delivery complexity of each order. You can of course
also pick up your order at our shop with no charge. Please don't
hesitate to ask us for carrier bags to present your corporate gifts
in.
