Our idea for this bar was triggered by a regular customer at London’s famous Borough market who religiously asks us to add hot chocolate to his espresso coffee cup. To reconstruct this taste, we chose rare Brazilian cocoa beans and Columbian coffee beans, both from small cooperatives fanatical about the quality of their crops. Our unique process of conching and refining the cocoa beans with coffee beans fuse these two crops into one exciting and powerful bar.
