Since creating the famous sea salted caramels for Gordon Ramsay’s menu at Claridges, Gerard has continued researching ingredients to compliment his original recipe. Only the most successful samples, dutifully vetted by volunteer salted caramel fans, are allowed on our shelves, numbered by the timeline of their conception.

N° 15 is an earthy salted caramel infused with sage and a hint of thyme. Bitter sage and sweet thyme revealed in succession form layers of flavours and add depth to our sea salted caramel chocolates.
