Since creating the famous sea salted caramels for Gordon Ramsay’s menu at Claridges, Gerard has continued researching ingredients to compliment his original recipe. Only the most successful samples, dutifully vetted by volunteer salted caramel fans, are allowed on our shelves, numbered by the timeline of their conception.

N1 is our original liquid salted caramel. N°4 is a spicy salted caramel infused with fiery Indian black peppercorns and fragrant Madagascan pink peppercorns. N5 is a nostalic caramel inspired by the very British banoffee pie. N°7 is a tangy salted caramel lifted by balsamic vinegar aged for 6 years in oak casks. N° 9 is a zesty salted caramel infused with fresh lemongrass. rounding out our salted caramel chocolate balls with its fragrant notes. N° 15 is an earthy salted caramel infused with sage and a hint of thyme.
