In spring 2009, one of our regular transatlantic customers bought an unusually large quantity of our chocolate coated candied gingers. She chose them as her favourite treat to take with her in space.After months of tests, our gingers left earth for the first time in July 2009.As food apparently tastes milder in zero gravity, our soft Australian candied gingers dipped in intense dark chocolate are a wonderful indulgence in and out of this world.
