Caffe e latte -literally coffee and milk. Our bar is a twist on this traditional Italian breakfast drink. We grind, conche and refine cocoa and coffee beans from South America with locally sourced milk powder and a liberal dose of love. There is nothing instant about our caffe e latte bar. It is our slow and simultaneous processing of these two crops that allows the chocolate and coffee rich and complex flavours to unite in a fully-bodied yet creamy chocolate.
