light for the summer. From a small stall in London’s Borough
Market, things have clearly grown – they’ve supplied
for Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants and Concorde, but they still
have a real passion for their product and prices are more than
reasonable.”

Did you know that we were the first UK chocolatier
in June 2006 to break the mould and experiment with producing our
own chocolate from ground beans?
Today all our bars are made in Ashford Kent from
ground beans, cane sugar and British milk powder (for milk
chocolate). We mix, conche and refine every batch with love and
devotion to bring you Great British chocolate.

We are looking for brilliant retail assistants (full
time and part time) for our new location in central London and our
Chelsea boutique.
Good presentation, customer service skills,
awareness of food hygiene and appreciation of fine chocolates
recommended.
Spoken and written fluent English required, second
langage appreciated especially Arabic, Japanese or Russian.
