Ingredients
- 150 g 70% dark chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 215 g cream cheese
- 100 g butter
- 100 g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 130g g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ground cinnamon To taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C
- Whisk the soft butter and the sugar till light and fluffy. Add the cream cheese and the eggs, mixing well with every addition
- Melt the dark chocolate and add to the mix.
- Sieve the flour, cinnamon and baking powder and add mix in with the rest.
- Break the milk chocolate (you can also use dark) in small pieces and add them to the final cake mix before pouring in a greased mould.
- Bake for 45 minutes, take out and leave to cool
