CREAM CHEESE, CINNAMON AND CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients

  • 150 g 70% dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate
  • 215 g cream cheese
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 130g g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ground cinnamon To taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C
  2. Whisk the soft butter and the sugar till light and fluffy. Add the cream cheese and the eggs, mixing well with every addition
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and add to the mix.
  4. Sieve the flour, cinnamon and baking powder and add mix in with the rest.
  5. Break the milk chocolate (you can also use dark) in small pieces and add them to the final cake mix before pouring in a greased mould.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, take out and leave to cool
