No Churn Salted Caramel Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 100 g single cream
- 100 g double cream
- 300 g artisan liquid salted caramel
Instructions
- Whip the single and double cream together till the whisk leaves a defined ribbon trace
- Mix 300g of our liquid salted caramel sauce gently with a spatula (300g not 300ml!)
- Freeze. No churning needed!
- Use the rest of the caramel sauce to decorate when serving
