No Churn Salted Caramel Ice Cream

  • 100 g single cream
  • 100 g double cream
  • 300 g artisan liquid salted caramel
  1. Whip the single and double cream together till the whisk leaves a defined ribbon trace
  2. Mix 300g of our liquid salted caramel sauce gently with a spatula (300g not 300ml!)
  3. Freeze. No churning needed!
  4. Use the rest of the caramel sauce to decorate when serving
