Salted Caramel Milkshake

  • For 200g of milkshake mix
  • 110g Vanilla ice cream or white chocolate ice cream
  • 20g Salted caramel sauce
  • 70g Cold Milk
  • Decoration for the glass (per glass)
  • 10g Salted caramel inside around the glass
  • 60g Whipped cream
  • 1 Salted caramel truffle
  • 3g Salted caramel drizzled on top
  1. Blend the ice cream, salted caramel sauce and cold milk at high speed into a blender
  2. Pour some caramel sauce for decoration on the inside faces of the glass
  3. Pour the Milk shake to almost top
  4. Top up with whipped cream, a single salted caramel truffle and drizzle more caramel sauce
  5. Serve with spoon and straw
