Valentine Chocolate Ganache Pancakes



  • Ganache Ingredients
  • 250g double cream
  • 280g of chocolate
  • 50g melted butter
  • 40g honey
Ganache Instructions
  1. Break the chocolate into small bits.
  2. Pour on the melted butter, honey and add boiling cream.
  3. Mix gently from the center out till it's a shiny paste.
  4. Cool till 30 degrees and spread between pancakes.
  5. Why not dip some of our delicious sour cherries for decoration?
