    We have selected London Gin to create an indulgent and deliciously adult treat for our Oxford Street W1 box.  Encased in a deliciously creamy milk chocolate shell, our smooth chocolate ganache is flavoured with London Gin and infused with lemon, inspired by the classic British cocktail: London Gin and tonic - naturally with a twist of lemon.

    Each of our Baker Street W1 boxes contains our intense dark chocolate salted caramel truffles – the epitome of our signature chocolate:  a sweet liquid caramel with a pinch of Noirmoutier island’s grey salt, captured in a cocoa dusted shell of intense dark chocolate.  Intense, indulgent, Bohemian and slightly eccentric, we hope they would have been Sherlock Holmes favourite treat.

    Dating back to Roman times, sugared almonds have been traditionally used to celebrate weddings and births. The typical sugared almond is made up of an inner core called "anima" (soul), consisting of a shelled, peeled whole Pizzuta d'Avola  almond. Pizzuta refers to the physical shape of the almond, which is pointy and flat.  It is coated with superimposed layers of sugar through several soakings.  A fruity nut, with a hint of bitterness in the finish, the almond is balanced by the delicate, pastel-coloured sugar coating.
