Chapel Down, one of England's leading winemakers, is nestled in the rolling hills of Tenterden, about 10 miles from our chocolate atelier in the Kent countryside. Their vineyard grows grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay which produce world class and international award-winning sparkling wines. We picked their fantastic Chapel Down Rosé Brut and paired it with strawberries to create fabulous pink sparkling wine truffles, fruity and delicate.
