Do I need to place my order online?
You can but if you want to personalise your order, send it to multiple addresses or simply let us advise you on the most suitable gifts, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call Michael West on 01233505170 (option 1).
What personalisation can you add to the gifts?
We can gift wrap (fabric wrap), ribbon and add gift messages and tags to our chocolates for you.
The ribbon can be custom foiled with your company name / message. We stock gold and silver foil and a selection of plain ribbons. We can also source a specific colour of ribbon for you (2 weeks lead time).
We can handwrite messages onto our gift tags. If you have your own gift tags or would like to include any media with the gifts, this can be arranged by sending them directly to our atelier in Ashford.
Custom printed boxes or custom edible print on our chocolates can be created with a minimum lead time of 6 weeks and a minimum order of 1000.
Can you deliver directly to our clients?
Absolutely. You can send us the list of addresses and we will deliver directly to your recipients worldwide using a courier service, usually Interlink Express with full tracking / signed and 1 hour delivery slots (UK) or Parcelforce/UPS or TNT for International deliveries.
What discounts do you offer for large purchases?
Please look at the Volume Discounts page on the right to see our range of discounts.
Are your prices including VAT?
All the prices on the website include VAT at 20%. For International orders, this will be removed when we issue an invoice.
Can I get an invoice?
If you place your order online, your invoice will be issued automatically. If you place the order by phone, we will create a pro forma invoice and email it to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit / Debit Cards or BACS.
Can you send gifts to our international clients?
Yes. We use a tracked courier (Usually Parcelforce, TNT or UPS) to deliver our chocolates internationally and are able to prepare the required documents for customs clearance. Please give us more time to prepare international orders.
