We conche, refine then flake our drinking chocolate in our Kentish atelier starting from fine ground cocoa beans of single origin and cane sugar. Packed in apothecary style jars with our secret recipe printed at the back, they pay tribute to the rich history of chocolate as a medicinal drink.
Ever since our very first stall at Borough market in 2000, our hot chocolate has drawn a bit of a cult following and has been consistently singled out as outstanding. Countless times have I been asked what our secret was to make a thick, rich, intense hot chocolate. So I wrote it on the jar: Ingredients, mixing method and resting. With hot chocolate, like many aspects of life, good things come to those who wait.
