Traditionally inspired by Christmas pudding and updated with Artisan twist, our slice of heaven is a moreish layered affair composed of a layer of almond and hazelnut praline with biscuits and a layer of boozy, fruity and slightly spicy ganache.

Generously coated in intense Colombian dark chocolate and hand-decorated with cranberries and biscuits, this dreamy creation is delicious as is, each morsel bringing a festival for the taste buds.

However, to up the indulgence ante, we suggest to drizzle it with your favourite tipple and flambé the slice, softening the biscuits and warming the chocolate for the perfect festive dessert.
