Our matcha bar is conched and refined in our atelier in Kent, blending and balancing intimately white chocolate and fine matcha. Our panela dark chocolate is made from rare cacao and panela sugar, an unrefined sugar rich in nutrients from evaporated sugarcane juice.

To top up our bars, we selected super dark Fino de Aroma 85% single origin Colombian cacao grown by the Pacific Ocean, perfect for dark chocolate lovers.
