Prince Harry and Ms. Markle’s modern wedding cake, created by pastry chef, Claire Ptakcreate, is a lemon elderflower cake covered with buttercream and decorated with fresh flowers.  We have taken our inspiration from Ptak and created our Ivory Pearls - a crisp white chocolate shell with a delicate lemon and elderflower ganache, so that you can enjoy the flavours of this unique wedding celebration.
