Dark Chocolate (Vegetarian) Mallows
Soft squidgy vanilla vegetarian mallow drenched in intense Colombian dark chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder. Nothing artificial, no gelatin, just a lot of care, love and natural goodness have gone into making these moreish morsels.
It took us about almost 12 months to develop mallows without gelatin, which - along with peanut butter without peanut - had become a slight obsession for me. Our mallows, made from soya protein, do not contain gelatin, but still retain a satisfying softness under a crisp shell of chocolate. Vegetarian bliss! Bombe shape.
