We often internally debate how to best enjoy our liquid salted caramels: munching it all in one go or letting the chocolate shells slowly melt until the caramel bursts out. A customer overhead us and explained that he breaks the shells in two, lets his daughter polish the caramel and then he eats the dark chocolate shells that she won’t have. The week after, our first milk chocolate salted caramel truffles were produced to allow this dedicated dad the pleasure to have his own unadulterated caramels, whilst his little ones scoff our new version in creamy milk chocolate.
