When it comes to chocolate, we believe that too much of a good thing can be wonderful. To dial up the indulgence of our eggs, we have overlaid parts of their delicious shells with a softer complementing layer studded with inclusions.
An intense dark chocolate shell, then overlaid with ruby chocolate cream and finished with raspberry grit for a vivid, fruit-led contrast.
The accompanying truffles extend the theme: a Raspberry & Elderflower ganache encased in dark chocolate and dusted in raspberry red sparkle and icing, alongside a Dark Salted Caramel ganache coated in copper cocoa and icing. Bright, layered and confidently bold.
