Returns

Sorry but as we sell perishable food products, these cannot be returned and resold. All items purchased from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Any items received that are incorrect, please do not open them and inform us. We cannot accept a return for any items that are not in their original condition.

While we do our best to minimise the risk of temperature, or damage to your products while in transit, damages can happen unfortunately. Please take photos of the outer box received and ask that the delivery driver signs the proof of delivery as damaged. Alternatively, please refuse the parcel so it will automatically be returned to us. Contact our customer service team should you have a defective product so we can do our best to rectify this.

Please do not return any products to us without our confirmation.

Returns:
For instances where your chocolates are defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 14 days of receiving your parcel for a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable):
No refund given or exchange will be offered for change of mind, chocolates that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition, incorrect orders or delivery addresses provided.

Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and chocolate likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for chocolates not to your liking.

Late or Time sensitive orders
Where the delivery partner or us have let you down in not getting your order to you in time, our maximum liability will be a refund of the chocolates once returned to us. Every effort is made to get your order out in good time but we would always advise ordering with plenty of leeway for important dates.
