Dark Chocolate Gingers



In spring 2009, one of our regular transatlantic customers bought an unusually large quantity of our chocolate coated candied gingers. She chose them as her favourite treat to take with her in space. After months of tests, our gingers left earth in July 2009. As food apparently tastes milder in zero gravity, our soft yet strong candied gingers are a wonderful flavour sensation in and out of this world. Smothered in two layers of our signature 55% milk chocolate from the Arauca region of Colombia, our chocolate ginger strips have become one of our cult products delivering an intense, yet delicate, balance of flavours.

Ginger, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Whole MILK Powder, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin; Vanilla Extract.

Milk Chocolate contains Cocoa Solids 55% minimum, Milk Solids 23% minimum. For allergens see ingredients in BOLD. Not suitable for those with a Nut, Peanut, and Gluten allergy.
