A bar of bold dark chocolate with fruity and caramel notes, made from the first year's harvest from El Rosario farm in Necocli, Colombia. Once a barren cattle farm, this 550 hectares was re-planted with 600,000 cacao trees. This regenerated dense cacao forest is bringing new hope for its rural community with hundreds of new jobs and a new home for 139(and counting) species of exotic birds. In this nature haven, birds and animals can flourish again and farmers and their families can build upon a positive and sustainable future.
